FERO: Planet Detective

This is quite an inspiration to me right now.  I'm writing a massive Public Domain mash-up involving Fero, Jenny Everywhere, Octobriana and some others.  And I love the face on this version.  You can see a lot of character on the face.  And there's kindness there as well, as if he's learned the world's secrets but has still forgiven it for them.  Old-school grace and charm.  Tell me, is there an actor you modeled him after?
